It’s back! The Greggs Children’s Cancer run, but with a twist. Since 2010 we have always taken part in the run and we have raised so much for the children cancer charity over the years. We even won the Sandy Weir trophy for 5 years, last winning it in 2019 for raising over £2000.
On Friday 9th July we are taking part in the Children’s Cancer Run At School event. We will set up a one-mile course on our school field and throughout the day all year groups will run the one-mile course. To build up to the event, there will be a merchandise pop up stall in school and our fundraising page is now live so we can raise funds to help make life better for children with cancer. All donations made to our school fundraising page will go direct to Children's Cancer North, helping children from across the region who are diagnosed with cancer. Please help us to make a difference!
Thank you for visiting our school website, I do hope it provides you with a snapshot of our school.
We are a large first school situated in the heart of the community of The Great Park in Gosforth. We are proud to be members of the Gosforth Schools’ Trust, working closely with all our neighbouring First and Middle schools.
We are a welcoming and caring school. At Brunton we work hard to build the best possible foundations for future learning and success in life for all of our children. We recognise that every child is special and has talents and challenges to be met.
We have a team of dedicated and enthusiastic staff who strive to make learning exciting for all. We have high expectations of all our children and they don’t let us down!
It is our vision that all the children leave Brunton as happy, resilient and successful young people, who respect and care for one another and want to explore their world.
If you would like to visit our school please contact the school office here. Similarly, if you require a paper copy of any of the information displayed on our website, please get in touch.
